For over 40 years, Pomare Dental Group has looked after the smiles of Sydney’s Inner West. What started as a small family practice has grown into one of the most trusted dental teams in the area — and we’re not slowing down. We’ve recently expanded our Leichhardt practice with more rooms, more capacity and more opportunity for the people who work here.

Roles we’re always looking for
We accept applications year-round, even when a position isn’t formally advertised. Great people are hard to find, so when we meet one, we make room.
- Dental Receptionists — the first face our patients see. Warm, organised, and unflappable.
- Dental Assistants — qualified or in training, chairside and ready to learn.
- Dentists — general and special-interest, full-time or part-time.
- Oral Health Therapists — preventive care, hygiene and children’s dentistry.
New graduates are very welcome. So are experienced practitioners looking for a practice that finally feels like the right fit.
